Graduate student Naren Gao has been accepted to join the Mongol Connections traveling seminar project funded by Getty through its Connecting Art Histories initiative and hosted at the Courtauld Institute of Art. This traveling seminar project includes three annual trips to Mongolia in September 2025, Uzbekistan in 2026, the United Kingdom in 2027 and online seminars. In 2027, the London visit will serve as a capstone to the project coinciding with the exhibition at the Royal Academy of Art and a conference at the Courtauld.
